In each round, a new loadout is selected, which is the same for all players so that it remains fair. Before each round, there is a chance that one of the five special modes gets selected. Will you get to play them all? Otherwise, it works like any other box fight map. Which means: wait for your loadout and when the timer runs out be the last one standing.
